Vietnam’s Controversial ‘Bikini Airline’ To Soon Start Direct Flights To India

Vietnam’s low budget Airline, Vietjet Air also known as ‘Bikini Airline’ is soon entering in India. The Airline is quite controversial because of its air hostesses. The ‘Bikini dressed’ air hostesses are enough to steal everyone’s attention. On the occasion of the 45th Anniversary of the Vietnam-India’s diplomatic relationship, Vietnam wants its connection to grow further in India and that’s why they want to introduce its Airline which will be from Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City to New Delhi, India.

Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao is the manager of the airline, Vietjet. Vietjet not only just made its hostesses to serve tea, coffee in a bikini. But they also publish an annual calendar with their hostesses posing in a bikini.

It is not just the 45th anniversary of India- Vietnam’s diplomatic relationship but it is also the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the strategic relationship between the two countries. Vietnam is trying to develop some strong connections with India by offering a friendly gesture.

The Airline will soon be starting in India somewhere between July-August 2018. The flight will be direct from the capital of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City to the capital of India, New Delhi. The flight will be four times a week, every week.

The reason behind it being one of the most controversial airlines is the hostess who serves people in a bikini. And that is the very reason why the airline is called ‘Bikini Airline’.
